I've decided that Announcements look much better than simple Stickies if you really want to distinguish them from regular posts, I encourage those with enough power to post announcements instead of stickies

How come I can't see the chatbox anymore? I do like the remade format though. Dunno how many times its been reformatted though.

Some updates to the current layout so the forum header appears on the portal as well lewl gg.

EDIT: Smileys fixed, I fixed broken links, and overall they were optimized to appear on a dark background. GG.
