Does beating Brutal automatically get you the Normal/Hard completion achievements?

Yes. So whenever an achievement says to "do this on normal mode", you can get the achievement by doing it on normal or harder. If it doesn't specify a mode, you can get the achievement on any mode.

Sometimes, I think it bugs out or something. Cuz I'm sure I've beaten stuff on brutal or hard, and it won't give me the achievement. =\
