hi im trying to create a hero spell, that can summon an orc burrow which will be custom skinned into a terran bunker, that can load units/heros into . is this possible, and if so, how do i go abought it?

ive been trying to use the human speed built ivory towers item as the base for the spell.. but its just not working out.. also it says i can only load peons into the burrow ???? , i would like any unit/hero to go inside the bunker.
